Naomi Lambert (She/Her) has over 15 years of experience in employee benefits, and a Bachelor of Administration degree. She holds a Bachelors of Adminstration, a Life and Health license in the state of Arkansas, and a Non-Resident Life and Health license in various states. She began her career in employee benefits at Union Bank of California, where she developed her leadership skills and grew a passion for the work. Naomi expanded her passion for employee benefits by working in all three phases of benefits administration namely broker, carrier, and employer. Helping employees is especially important to her and is a driving force in her professional development and career.
